It is a great obligation of Islam to Muslims that if someone is guilty & vows by heart not to sin anymore he is forgiven Hazrat Muhammad peace be upon him said The person who vows not to sin anymore is pure as he had never done that sin Allah Azwajal ordered if he vows not to sin anymore Allah for gives him That child cut his hand in foolishness which was not allowed by shri'a and the statement given by by that Molvi Saib was also not right he should ordered the boy to apologize it was enough apologize if Non-Islamic languages and task was done by him,
